L’E3 2014 – come ben sapete – sta per iniziare: il 9 giugno assisteremo alla presentazione di tutti i nuovi giochi delle varie software house – di quelli che saranno lanciati nel breve periodo, almeno – e potremo farci un’idea sul futuro delle console, visto che sono le grandi IP e le nuove esclusive a decretarne il successo, e non solo l’hardware (che comunque contribuisce: pensate a Nintendo Wii U, che, con una scheda tecnica non molto potente, ha dovuto rinunciare ad alcuni giochi di una certa importanza).
L’attesa è iniziata sin dal rilascio delle console next gen e hanno contribuito ad aumentare l’hype anche le dichiarazioni dei singoli produttori: pensate alle sorprese promesse da Microsoft – che ha sottolineato di voler evitare il detto/non detto e di puntare tutto sulla presentazione completa dei giochi – oppure a quelle di Sony, che non è certo stata da meno. Tra i tanti titoli, aspettiamo Halo 5, Batman: Arkham Knight, Dragon Age Inquisition, Assassin’s Creed e anche IP che non saranno certo rilasciate nel 2014 (e forse neanche nel 2015: pensate a Kingdom Hearts 3).
