Tra i premiati troviamo Red Dead Redemption come gioco dell’anno (in barba a Mass Effect 2), Sgt. Wood di Call of Duty: Black Ops come personaggio dell’anno e BioWare team di sviluppo del 2010. Tra gli action-adventure invece il meritato premio va a Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood mentre Halo: Reach e il suo multigiocatore vincono la categoria appositamente dedicata a questa modalità.
Finalmente più di un giusto riconoscimento anche per StarCraft II, bellamente ignorato ai Golden Joystick. Tra gli indipendenti invece trionfa il meraviglioso Limbo. Dopo la pausa l’elenco completo dei vincitori.
